Our roasting partners, CONSCIOUS COFFEES (Boulder, CO), freshly roast their coffee beans on Mondays and Tuesdays of EVERY WEEK. Submitting your order by the Sunday deadline guarantees it is included in that week’s roast schedule. We ship freshly roasted coffee out of our climate controlled distribution center in Denver, CO every week to ensure the highest quality experience possible!

A fantastic combination of fantastic coffees, this blend will always satisfy the light roast, Ethiopian crazed fans out there. Ideally, this coffee can function as a gateway for those curious coffee connoisseurswho haven’t had the opportunity to try our Ethiopian coffees before. We always use a similarly light and quick roast profile for these coffees to help maintain the wonderful acidity and aromas that this special coffee origin has to offer. The name Tafari is rooted in the Amharic language and is sometimes translated as meaning “awe-inspiring.”
