The Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (OCFCU) is an exporting cooperative with offices in Addis Ababa and affiliated farmer cooperatives located throughout the coffee growing regions of Ethiopia. “Before, people would not come here, but treat us like animals and oppress us,” said the elder Tasew Gebru of the Nagelle Gorbitu Cooperative. “We appreciate your efforts, and to help us improve our lives; we really have seen an improvement in the last two years.”

To ensure you receive the freshest Organic Whole Bean coffee possible, all orders must be placed by or before 8:00pm MST (Mountain Time) on SUNDAYS in order to guarantee your spot on the fresh roast list that week. 

Our roasting partners, CONSCIOUS COFFEES (Boulder, CO), freshly roast their coffee beans on Mondays and Tuesdays of EVERY WEEK. Submitting your order by the Sunday deadline guarantees it is included in that week’s roast schedule. We ship freshly roasted coffee out of our climate controlled distribution center in Denver, CO every week to ensure the highest quality experience possible!
