The Paez (also called the Nasa) are the largest remaining indigenous group in Colombia. They’re committed to self-sufficiency and have a holistic approach to farming, consistently producing one of the highest quality coffees from this region. This coffee continues to be one of our tastiest Latin American harvests each year.

To ensure you receive the freshest Organic Whole Bean coffee possible, all orders must be placed by or before 8:00pm MST (Mountain Time) on SUNDAYS in order to guarantee your spot on the fresh roast list that week. 

Our roasting partners, CONSCIOUS COFFEES (Boulder, CO), freshly roast their coffee beans on Mondays and Tuesdays of EVERY WEEK. Submitting your order by the Sunday deadline guarantees it is included in that week’s roast schedule. We ship freshly roasted coffee out of our climate controlled distribution center in Denver, CO every week to ensure the highest quality experience possible!
